Flaxseed has a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (Omega-3), which represents 50-55% of the total fatty acids of its composition, while fibers represent about 40% of its total weight, being 10% soluble and 30% insoluble, in addition to proteins, lignins, vitamins and minerals. The insoluble fiber of this oilseed increases the volume of feces and reduces intestinal transit time. The soluble fiber exerts a hypoglycemic and hypocholesterolemic effect, with the formation of a gel that helps reduce the absorption of cholesterol and glucose. Additionally, flaxseed contains mucilage and pectins that help smooth the skin, as well as reduce the appearance of wrinkles, lighten blemishes and eliminate toxins that generate acne outbreaks. It is also rich in antibacterial compounds such as acetic acid, malic acid, ferulic acid, lutein and cysteine, which help repair and protect your skin from premature aging.

Moringa, also called tree of life is a medicinal plant that has a high content of vitamins and minerals such as iron, carotenoids, quercetin, polyphenols, chlorogenic acid, among others, which provide a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. It is used to treat some respiratory diseases, to reduce anxiety, in weight loss and even to control blood glucose in diabetics.
